Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy governs the delivery and logistics procedures followed by M/s Gofounder Private Limited (“Gofounder” or “the Company”) for all product orders placed via its official website www.gofounder.in, Company Offices, or authorized franchisee outlets.

1. Order Placement Options

A. Pickup from Office / Franchise Outlet

• Orders can be placed directly at any Gofounder office or franchise outlet.
• Accepted payment modes: Cash, Demand Draft, Credit Card, Debit Card
• Pickup Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 01:30 PM
• Sunday: Closed

2. Delivery Guidelines

• Orders are generally dispatched the next business day.
• Orders placed after 2:30 PM on Saturdays are dispatched the following Monday.
• Estimated delivery time: 2 to 7 working days.
• No deliveries on Sundays or national holidays.

3. Shipping Terms & Product Acceptance

• All shipments are dispatched in perfect condition.
• Customers must check the shipment at the time of delivery.
• Signing the delivery note confirms receipt in good condition.
• Hidden damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Gofounder Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality wellness and lifestyle products to our Customers and Independent Distributors.

Return / Exchange Eligibility

In case of dissatisfaction, manufacturing defect, or damage in packaging, return or exchange requests may be initiated within 30 days from the invoice date, provided the issue is reported within 3 days of delivery.

General Conditions

• Products must be unused, sealed, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• No refund for intentionally damaged or misused products.
• Company reserves the right to determine product condition.

Refund Policy

• Refunds initiated within 6–7 working days after approval.
• No cash refunds.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
